Tales Event sizes sound system, light, stage and LED screen rental to the venue and audience, and manages everything from installation to strike with a technical team. Sound system rental: the right power for the venue
The same equipment does not give the same result in every hall. A 100-person meeting room and a thousand-person ballroom call for different sound power and different lighting. During the sound system rental process we run a technical survey first and recommend a system suited to the hall's acoustics and size, avoiding both under- and over-specification and spending your rental budget where it matters.
Light and LED screen hire
We plan the sound system rental together with moving head lights, wash lighting and LED screens. We design the stage with the lighting plan, and the lighting with the on-screen content. We use a different technical language, lighting and video setup for conference, gala, launch and concert formats.
Stage and podium rental
We build modular stage, truss, podium and runway catwalk to suit the flow of your event. We share the site survey, technical drawing and layout together with the rental quote, and we manage the setup and strike crew. Generator and power distribution can also be included in the package.
Rental with installation and operators
Rather than installing and leaving, we deliver with experienced operators. A technician stays at the sound and light desk throughout the event and can step in without breaking the flow on stage. You can rent equipment only, or take a full service including setup, operator and strike.
